I began my real estate career in 2001 with Coldwell Banker Real Estate. I was quickly promoted to Marketing Director for their San Diego Metro, Mission Hills and Downtown offices. I managed and created the marketing for over 80 agents. That experience has given me a significant edge in marketing properties for my clients.

• I have lived in North County San Diego all my life. I LOVE SAN DIEGO and wouldn't want to live anywhere else! I have a wonderful family that includes my loving husband and three spectacular daughters.

I became a licensed real estate agent in 2003 and joined one of the top producing teams in San Diego. In 2009, I became a licensed real estate broker.

For the past 10 years, I have worked as an escrow officer for a high volume company in San Diego. This experience has rounded out my overall knowledge of the entire process from all angles. I have handled thousands upon thousands of closings and can walk you through a transaction from start to finish. There isn't much I haven't seen!

I am able to walk my clients through every stage of home-buying and selling with a comprehensive insider’s know- how that many other agents don’t possess. I have been in the Temecula Valley area since 1997. After six years of service in the Marine Corp (1986-1992) I began my professional career in the accounting field as an accounting clerk, staff accountant, accounting supervisor and eventually an accounting manager. In 2013 I entered the mortgage loan industry as a licensed mortgage loan officer and in August 2018 became a licensed real estate agent. I entered the real estate and mortgage industry for an opportunity to work directly with people and
assist them in achieving the American Dream!

I work with my wife Stephanie Luna as part of Team Luna. We began dating in 1999 and were married in 2003. We have six children between us, three hers, two mine and one ours. We currently reside in the Audie Murphy Ranch community of Menifee since 2014. Stephanie and I love to travel and experience different cultures, cities and sights. Especially since some of
our children live in different parts of the world and country. We both enjoy sports and competed in college.

I am deeply committed to my faith, my family and my career. I believe in being your real estate agent and mortgage lender for life. Buying and selling real estate is a very emotional transaction and my goal is to serve my clients with expertise, knowledge and integrity. I began my professional career in the Escrow Industry in the Inland Empire right out of high school in 1986 as a receptionist, to escrow assistant, Jr Escrow officer to Escrow Officer. I wanted to become more involved in the real estate industry so I became a licensed real estate agent in November 2013. I also continue to work as an escrow officer for a large corporate escrow company at their Corona branch. This has given me the experience and overall knowledge of the entire buyer/selling experience.

I work with my husband Larry Luna as part of Team Luna. We began dating in 1999 and were married in 2003. We have six children between us, three hers, two mine and one ours.
